Problems for Virgin Airlines at Sydney airport on Friday night forced the cancellation of more than a dozen flights.
For two hours, Virgin's check-in system was not working, which meant none of its domestic flights departing from Sydney were able to leave. The fault created a backlog on Saturday.
The ABC reports 12 flights have been cancelled: they were due to leave from Canberra, Coolangatta, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart and Rockhampton.
