A Chinese tour company has organised a fleet of planes to fly home hundreds of stranded cruise passengers after a South Korean court seized their ship amid a legal dispute.
AAP reports that more than 1600 passengers and 630 crew are on board.
A local court ordered the vessel The Henna not to leave after a Chinese shipping company asked for it to be seized.
It's believed the dispute is over an unpaid bill.
Reports say the ship left the north-eastern Chinese city of Tianjin on Wednesday for a six-day cruise and was scheduled to leave Jeju on Friday afternoon.
