One of New York's most famous landmarks, the Empire State building, is for sale.
The owner wants to sell it along with other properties in Manhattan, but is going to the public rather than having a private sale.
Empire State Realty Trust is aiming to raise $US1 billion on the New York Stock Exchange.
More than 71 million shares will be offered at a price of between $US13 - $US15.
