A man charged with murdering a New Zealand hospitality worker in far north Queensland is due to appear in court today.
Phillip Quayle, who was 27, was found dead on a footpath in Cairns last Thursday.
A 19-year-old man will appear in the Cairns Magistrates' Court later today.
A 21-year-old man is facing a charge of accessory after the fact to murder and he is due to face court later this month.
It is alleged Mr Quayle was killed while walking home after a night out with friends.
