The death toll from the collapse of a pedestrian bridge in Miami yesterday has risen to six, and the police are warning that more bodies may yet be found, as the concrete rubble is broken up and removed.

The newly built bridge collapsed onto an eight-lane highway, crushing cars that were passing below it at the time.
Eight vehicles are thought to be buried under the rubble.
At least 10 people were taken to hospital, two of them in critical condition.
