An extensive survey by the World Health Organisation has not reached a definitive conclusion about the risks of contracting brain tumours from using mobile phones.

The study, the largest of its kind, was carried out over 10 years and involved 13,000 people.

Experts say the results indicate a possible health risk from heavy mobile phone use.

They say even more in-depth research is needed.
