Three car bombs have exploded in quick succession at three adjacent markets in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
The BBC reports at least 41 people were killed.
The explosions started about 4.30pm on Wednesday when the markets were packed with women and schoolchildren.
Suicide bombings last week killed at least 150 people in two days.
