Three more pupils at Eton College have been diagnosed with swine flu, taking the total number of cases there to four.

It was confirmed on Thursday that a pupil, 13, had contracted the virus.

The Health Protection Agency said earlier on Sunday that 32 more suspected cases were being investigated at Eton. In a letter to parents, it warned of seven probable and 25 possible cases.

The BBC reports the school is closed until 7 June.

Eton is regarded as one of Britain's top public schools. Eighteen British prime ministers, including the Duke of Wellington, Sir Robert Walpole and Harold MacMillan, are among its former pupils.
