Australia has secured a place in the 2010 Football World Cup in South Africa with a 0-0 draw against Qatar on Saturday.
The result was enough to send Australia through from Group One. Japan and South Korea also qualified.
It will be Australia's third appearance at the World Cup finals. Others were in 1974 and 2006.
