Two airlines have stepped up restrictions on travellers with swine flu to and from Britain.

British Airways and Virgin Atlantic have put in place measures to turn back passengers showing symptoms.

Virgin Atlantic says if it believes there are reasons not to fly, the passenger will be asked to produce a 'fit to fly' certificate from their doctor or a hospital.
