At least six people have been killed in another suicide bomb attack on a police station in Pakistan.

Five policemen and a soldier died when the bomber drove an explosives-packed car into the building in the northwestern city of Peshawar.

The Taliban, which has intensified its attacks against Pakistan's security forces since the killing of the al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, says it was responsible for the attack.

The militants, who are allied with al-Qaeda, have vowed to avenge Osama bin Laden's killing by US commandos earlier this month.
