A magnitude 6.0 earthquake has occured off Samoa.
The US Geological Survey reported it happened at
at 6am on Thursday local time (1800 GMT on Wednesday).
It was centered 365km west of Apia in Western Samoa at a depth of 10km.
A magnitude 8.0 earthquake on 29 September triggered a tsunami which killed at least 143 people in Samoa, 32 in American Samoa and nine in Tonga.
