Blackberry users across Europe, the Middle East and Africa were without services on Monday following a server crash.
Customers were unable to browse the web, send email or instant messages.
The BBC reports the problem appears to have originated at about 11am, (BST) in a data centre in England which handles Blackberry services for the affected regions.
Blackberry has apologised for the inconvenience.
