An Australian tourist has been gored to death by a pygmy elephant in a wildlife park in the Malaysian state of Sabah.
The ABC reports Jenna Donley, 25, died instantly. She was trekking with a friend and a guide in the Tabin wildlife reserve.
State wildlife department director Laurentius Ambu, said the bull may have been startled when the two tourists tried to take a photo and charged at them.
The elephant's tusk pierced the woman's body. The other woman and the guide managed to get away.
