Paul Mabey interview

A charge of attempting to procure murder against the AC/DC drummer, Phillip Rudd, is being dropped by the Crown solicitor. Lawyer Paul Mabey says Mr Rudd has suffered unnecessary and extremely damaging publicity, and it raises questions about the care police took in arresting and charging the musician. He's still defending a threatening to kill charge and drugs charges.
