Seven men facing charges in connection with the Wyatt Bowles Jr case will have their preliminary examinations in American Samoa's District Court today.
Three will face charges of murder while the other four are accused of conspiracy to murder and tampering with physical evidence.
An eighth suspect, the wife of one of the other accused is still trying to find an attorney to represent her.
The charges arise from the disappearance of Bowles and the discovery of his abandoned car three weeks ago.
