A strike by French Polynesia's telecommunications and postal workers has ended after a day.
Talks last night between the minister in charge of telecommunications, Michel Yip, and the union managed to overcome the differences and regrade 200 jobs.
The issues were resolved amid concern that the strike could have been hardened.
