American Samoa's tax office is sending staff to Manu'a Islands next month to help prepare tax returns for residents unable to travel to Tutuila - free of charge.

Tax Office Manager, Melvin Joseph, says this is because of the distance they have to travel to the main island of Tutuila to file tax returns.

The Tax Office has been offering free tax filing service to the public since Jan 12.
