Airlines PNG announces plans to upgrade customer service

Airlines PNG has announced that Mike Wells is its new Airports Manager.

In a statement, the carrier says he has over 30 years experience with Qantas and Virgin Australia in airport management in customer service and business improvement.

It says Port Moresby, Lae, Mt Hagen and Brisbane Airports are key sites for the airline and Mike Wells' focus as Manager Airports will be to build and develop world class customer service and customer support programmes.

These programmes will be rolled out to other ports in the airline's network which has been recently expanded.
