Australian immigration officials report another 28 asylum seekers have been flown to Nauru from Christmas Island.
The group, all single adult males, included Lebanese, Sri Lankan, Iranian and Egyptian nationals.
There are now 549 people seeking refugee status at the Australian run detention camp on the island.
