An opposition MP in Nauru Mathew Batsiua says the government has bulldozed though another bill in parliament.
Mr Batsiua is among three MPs suspended from parliament after the government accused them of tarnishing the country's image.
The MPs have accused the government of poor governance, censoring the local media, gagging debate in parliament and rushing through legislation without proper scrutiny.
Mr Batsiua who was allowed into parliament briefly on Thursday says MPs were given half an hour to contemplate a supplementary appropriation bill.
"They've just hurdled question time so members in the opposition who are in the parliament can't ask questions even though they know, the government knows, there's a list of questions on notice. They've only given members half an hour to contemplate the bill, and they'll just bulldoze it through using the numbers."
Mr Batsiua says his group is lobbying other backbenchers to force a change of government in Nauru.
Meanwhile, the Australian Greens say the political crisis on Nauru shows why it is incapable of safely and humanely housing Australia's asylum seekers.
The Greens' immigration spokesperson, Senator Sarah Hanson-Young says the island's Parliament is clearly unstable and should not be responsible for a multi-billion dollar detention camp with women and children locked inside.
She says the Abbott Government is giving a substantial foreign aid bribe to Nauru for taking Australia's refugees.
Ms Hanson-Young says Canberra should be working with Nauru to develop a stable and reliable political system there.
