Australia's Foreign Minister Julie Bishop is to visit Fiji next week to sign off on a new Seasonal Workers Scheme agreement.
The Employment Minister Semi Koroilavesau has told FBC News the new agreement is expected to increase the number of Fijians involved in the programme.
Mr Koroilavesau says Ms Bishop will also witness first-hand the worker recruitment process.
A little over one hundred Fijians are working in Australia under the seasonal workers scheme.
