hemanth Anand in 'Holy Beans'

Hemanth Anand calls himself a 'Palmy boy'. He came to New Zealand in 2001 to study management, switched to hospitality, moved to Palmerston North where he married Heena and then shifted to Auckland from where he runs his café Holy Beans. His family owns a coffee plantation in Coorg, Karnataka state, India. Hemanth sells this single source coffee from his café because it is his mission to spread the good word about Indian coffee.

Heena and Hemanth met at a café where they both worked. For Heena it was 'hate at first site' and she asked the manager not to give them the same shifts. Then they fell in love and married.

Holy Beans is their dream. It also allows them to meet people from all parts of the world and all walks of life.
