The Panel with Andrew Frame and Niki Bezzant (Part 1)

From The Panel, 4:03 pm on 8 August 2018

Massey University Students' Association president Ben Schimdt says the student body is disappointed at the decision to rescind an invitation to Don Brash to speak about his time as National leader. Opinions are flying about the free speech issue like shrapnel - but acts that could be perceived as "hateful" - such as gay conversion therapy - have thus far avoided the free speech spotlight. The Cancer Society says long review periods from Pharmac are creating a two-tiered health system when it comes to accessing some types of medicine. John Forman, who chaired the New Zealand Organisation for Rare Disoders, joins the panel with his two cents on the issue.
