Armed police took part in a raid on a suspected methamphetamine lab in Auckland this morning.
Two people are due to appear in court on drugs charges, after the police busted the suspected lab in the suburb of Meadowbank.
The Organised Crime Unit and members of the Armed Offenders Squad searched the house at dawn today.
A 27-year-old man was arrested and will appear in the Auckland District Court today, while a 24-year-old woman at the address was also arrested.
Both will face charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.
Police said the property had been secured, but have asked residents to avoid the area.
