A woman is dead and three people - including a baby - have been taken to hospital, after a two-car crash near Rotorua this afternoon.
The crash happened on State Highway Five, south of the city, just before 3pm today.
The baby is not believed to be injured at this stage.
Two men from the second vehicle have been transported to Rotorua Hospital with moderate injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
