A2 Corporation says its milk processing plant in Sydney is operational and will help meeting growing demand for its specialty milk.
The company says sales continued to climb in the first three months of the year.
A2 more than tripled its half year profit to $3.1 million in the final six months of 2011, as it boosted sales in Australia.
Shares in A2 rose 1 cent to 45 cents.
