Ecoya is changing its name to Trilogy International, the name of its main operating business.
The company floated in May 2010 as a candle making company and bought skincare firm Trilogy in September of that year.
The company says Trilogy now represents 60% of group revenue and is forecast to remain a significant proportion of the business.
Still, it says, the Ecoya brand has achieved revenue growth of 94% during 2013.
