Hamilton police have uncovered a clandestine drugs lab at a city address, they say.
The Armed Offenders Squad carried out a search warrant at a property on Forest Lake Road at 6am.
Police said it was suspected to be a methamphetamine, or P, lab.
A cannabis growing room was also found during the search, they said.
Three people who were at the address were helping police with their inquiries.
Officers will remain there this morning as the investigation continues.
