A supermarket north of Auckland has been evacuated after a chemical spill.
Emergency services were called to the spill at the Countdown supermarket in Warkworth at 5.30am.
The fire service said three tubs of chlorine spilt in a bin and were releasing fumes.
Three fire trucks and a HazMat chemical truck were at the scene.
Neville Street in Warkworth has been closed.
