The body of a 46-year-old Christchurch man who was reported missing this week was found overnight, police say.
They said the man was found by police and search and rescue volunteers, and there were no suspicious circumstances.
His death has been referred to the Coroner.
On Wednesday, police appealed for sightings of Brendon Laughton who was last seen in Clifton, near Sumner, just after 7am on Monday.
