A 72-year-old woman has been charged in relation to a fatal bus crash in South Auckland this year.
Two pedestrians were killed at the intersection of Wyllie Road and Puhinui Road in Papatoetoe on 14 April.
The crash investigation is now complete and the woman has been charged with careless driving causing death, police said.
She will appear in the Manukau District Court next month.
