The man accused of murdering Sione Tuuholoaki after an altercation on Auckland's Queen Street in August has pleaded not guilty.
Dariush Talagi appeared at the High Court in Auckland on Wednesday morning and was remanded in custody until trial in February 2025.
His interim name suppression also lapsed at the hearing.
Sione Tuuholoaki, 26, died in hospital a day after after a shooting incident on 4 August.
