The Transport Agency is warning drivers in Auckland of delays when a section of the southern motorway is closed there this weekend.
The closure is to complete work on the new northbound Newmarket Viaduct from next Monday.
Northbound lanes will be closed between the Market Road off-ramp and the Gillies Avenue on-ramps from 5pm this Saturday.
NZTA says detours will be in place, but drivers should still be prepared for long delays.
