The public has until Thursday to return their votes for the referendum on the partial sale of state-assets.
The vote, which is by post, asks voters to indicate whether they support the Government selling half of Mighty River Power, Meridien Energy, Genesis Power, Solid Energy and Air New Zealand.
The Electoral Commission says all votes should be posted by 12 December to ensure they get to the Returning Officer in time to be counted.
