The Breakers players struck down by a stomach bug are on the road to recovery and two of the three affected have taken a full part in training, ahead of the second match in the best of three Australian National Basketball League final in Perth on Friday night.
Gary Wilkinson and Dillon Boucher trained Wednesday morning while Dion Prewster the other player affected took a limited part after the trio were unable to train Tuesday.
Swingman Tom Abercrombie didn't train again as he recovers from the ankle injury which kept him off the court in the Breakers game one win in Auckland last week, but he will travel with the side when they leave for Perth Thursday, and is confident he'll take the court.
