The New Zealand V8 super car driver Shane van Gisbergen has finished 2nd in Sunday's endurance race at the Darwin Triple Crown.
The race was won by Australia's Mark Winterbottom.
Holden's Jamie Whincup was 3rd, capping a succesful weekend for the Australian who won both of Saturday's sprint races.
Van Gisbergen started his Holden from 7th on the grid, while Winterbottom's Ford was three place's behind him in 10th.
Canterbury's Scott McGlaughlin finished 8th in his Volvo while compatriot Fabian Coulthard came a dissapointing 22nd for Holden.
