Warriors assistant coach and ex-head coach Andrew McFadden will bring his six- year stay in Auckland to a close at the end of 2018.

McFadden, a Canberra Raiders stalwart in his playing days, joined the Warriors as an assistant in 2013 and became head coach in the 2014 season.
The 40-year-old served in that role through 2015 and 2016, failing to guide the side to the NRL finals, before being demoted to assistant under Stephen Kearney.
He intends to move back to Canberra with his family but said his focus now is solely on the season ahead.
"It was important to give Cameron, Stephen and the club plenty of notice about our plans to go home.
"That's for the future. All that matters now is what's ahead of us this season."
