As you will surely now know, the shit hit the fan this week with Metiria Turei resigning as Green Party co-leader, leaving in her wake a scrum of politics nerds and media ghouls scrambling to either pin the blame or take the credit.
Did she jump or was she pushed, should she have said this should she have done that blah blah blah. Whatever you make of it all, it's a grim and very loaded turn of events that further proves my theory that the only person that will actually ‘win’ anything in this election is Patrick Gower, who is most likely still trembling softly with pleasure as we speak.
