Composer and jazz pianist Norman Meehan is touring Daylight, newly-released on Rattle Records. He’s part of Unwind ensemble, along with saxophonist Hayden Chisholm, bassist Paul Dyne and percussionist Julien Dyne.
Norman talks with Bryan Crump about how the tour is going, and his new setting of the Eucharist service that will have its first performance this week at the Wellington Cathedral of St Paul.
He also talks about his biography of Jenny McLeod that’ll be published later this year.
