Horomona Horo is a composer, taonga puoro player, and cross-cultural musical collaborator.

He's spearheaded the performance of taonga puoro – Maori musical instruments – in an international setting: he’s performed with the Weimar Staatskapelle, with Voices NZ and as a guest artist at the Battle of Passchendaele 90th anniversary Commemorations in Belgium.

This weekend, along with long-standing collaborator Jeremy Mayall, he's performing in a concert that weaves together the sounds of Aotearoa with the musical textures of the imagination.
