Grand plans for Tuvalu in face of rising seas

Traditional leaders in Tuvalu have come up with a grand plan for a man-made island to ensure their people and their culture can survive rising seas.

They're seeking money to build the sanctuary to escape overcrowding, food insecurity and other pressures afflicting the low lying atolls often cited as the canary in the coal mine for climate change.

Sally Round has been in Tuvalu and has this report.
