Pacific nations leave WTO ministerial empty handed

A fractious meeting of world trade ministers in Abu Dhabi has ended with little to show for the time and money spent.

Pacific Islands were seeking at the WTO ministerial meeting to have the governments of the larger fishing nations to stop or reduce the subsidies they pay out.

The spokesman for PANG, the Pacific Network on Globalisation, Adam Wolfenden spoke with RNZ Pacific's Don Wiseman.
