From Access All Areas, 2:30 pm on 28 June 2014

UK producer, audio engineer and songwriter Joe Meek forged his legacy in the 60s, and is now regarded as one of the most important record producers of all time.

Before he died in 1967, he produced a string of hits, including Telstar by the Tornados, the first British record to hit number one in the American charts.

The forthcoming music documentary ‘A Life in the Death of Joe Meek’ explores his style, influence, and life - Trevor Reekie speaks to filmmaker Howard S Berger.
