Nate Sliver's statistical predictions

There are three names getting all the attention in the US Presidential election today. Barack Obama, Mitt Romney and Nate Sliver. Silver is a number cruncher, he looks at poll data and makes statistical predictions on his blog 'Five Thirty Eight' at the New York Times. He's become a controversial figure in this election because he has published claims that electorial statistical models show, as of this morning, that Obama an 92% chance of winning reelection.
