Is the humble lunch break becoming a luxury?

A survey by Southern Cross Health Insurance has found one in three New Zealanders aren't taking proper lunch breaks these days, presumably opting to eat at their desks or plough on with their workload instead. But dieticians say the benefits of the humble lunch break can't be overstated.
