A Covid cluster has cropped up in the South Taranaki town of Eltham - with 16 confirmed cases in the comunity. Fourteen cases are children - and 11 are from a single classroom at Etham Primary School. As Taranaki Whanganui reporter Robin Martin reports - it has left some dumfounded the school was allowed to reopen after a positive case was discovered at the weekend.
