Growers & farmers who can't get bank loans will be able to borrow from a government fund, as long as they meet certain terms and conditions.
The government's also guaranteeing up to 80 percent of bank loans to cyclone affected business.
Under the scheme, bank loans guaranteed by the government should come at cheaper interest rates according to Emergency Management Minister Kieran McAnulty.
