Kandallah residents are relieved police have arrested and charged a 52 year old woman for the murder of their fellow resident Helen Gregory.
The 79 year old was found dead in her Baroda Street home three weeks ago, after what police said was a "violent act".
The woman accused of her murder is a teacher based in Paraparaumu.
