Online health provider hopes to reduce wait times

A nationwide shortage of doctors means people are facing long waits to get an appointment. But one health provider wants to cut those wait times. Bettr.co.nz is an online service that offers video consults and virtual prescriptions at a cost from $14. It's been going for three years and Nathan Rarere asked Bettr's clinical director Dr Matthew Smith how the online process works.
